	Hayo Before: Student, Business Plan: work for a corporation providing needs analysis. Time devoted to plan: 100% Update: Working as a consultant for Carpedia, a management consulting company, analyzing ways clients can increase their bottom line. Hayo has mainly been looking at clients in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on operations, such as labour, material and throughput. He has just completed work with a client in Windsor and is currently providing support for a company in L.A.
	Sandra Before: Student Plan: explore work within the environmental sector. Time devoted to plan: 100% Update: Working in Ottawa with Environment Canada.
	Tracy Before: Student Plan: explore alternative medicines. Time devoted to plan: 100% Update: Currently attending the Ontario College of Homeopathy; enrolled in her fourth year. Intention: [Tracy makes a mean carrot cake!]
	Charlie Before: waiter Plan: launch an audio production company with a focus on Web based exports. Time devoted to plan: 100% Update: Charlie created his own company, "Cultural Knot", to allow others to experience world music in its raw form with a percentage of proceeds returning to the creators and communities where the music was first discovered. Cultural Knot has released two albums and is developing an MP3 based sales program to market audio products for Christmas '99.
